YOU FURTHER AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE Correct VPN AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE LEGAL ELECTRONIC CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS, INSTALL, DOWNLOAD OR USE THE Correct VPN AS DEFINED BELOW.
The service Correct VPN Service (hereinafter called Correct VPN) is hereby offered by Correct VPN (hereinafter called Correct VPN)
Correct VPN hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, not transferrable, limited and revocable license to use the Correct VPN (including its Apps and the Correct VPN Client Software, designed exclusively to access the Correct VPN) solely in accordance with the terms of this Use Agreement. Correct VPN reserves all right, title and interest not expressly granted herein under this license to the fullest extent possible under applicable laws. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer the license granted to you herein, and any attempt to sublicense, assign, or transfer any part of your rights under this Agreement is void.
You are allowed to use Correct VPN only if you are legally capacitated and authorized to conclude an agreement with Correct VPN and such conclusion is not forbidden to you according to the applicable laws.
You hereby represent and warrant that you will use the Correct VPN or the Service solely for privacy and security needs and in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You shall not agree to, nor shall you authorize or encourage any third party to: (i) prevent others from using the Correct VPN; (ii) use the Correct VPN for any fraudulent or inappropriate or illegal purpose (i.e., cyber activity); or (iii) act in any way that violates this Agreement.
Correct VPN should provide you with the possibility to perform internet traffic using a computer (the so-called VPN-Server) in various regions and not to disclose your IP address. Your data traffic is thus encoded and cannot be spied out. The goal of Correct VPN is to protect your privacy but not your computer. Correct VPN is not meant as an antivirus or antimalware tool.
Correct VPN does not store data within Correct VPN which permit interference with your personal data. For all operations, which imply the storage of personal data, such as for example payment operations, Correct VPN cooperates with third party providers, who undertake the separate storage of data, for more information we recommend you review our privacy policy.

From time to time, Correct VPN at its absolute discretion, can modify Correct VPN, for example by adding or removing certain functions of servers or by updating the software.

In order to enhance and further develop the Correct VPN s we may automatically download and install updates and upgrades from time to time. You hereby agree to receive such updates and upgrades as part of your use of the Correct VPN. We have no obligation to make available to you any support versions of the Correct VPN. Additionally, we shall have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Services under this Agreement.
In order to make the service Correct VPN available, Correct VPN cooperates with third party providers (such as, Digital Commerce Providers for payment operations or Data Processing Centers for our servers). If you want to find out more about the third party providers, with whom Correct VPN cooperates, please read our Privacy Policy. Thus, you award Correct VPN the necessary approvals to store and/ or process there safely your encoded data and/ or your encoded data traffic. The purpose is exclusively to make Correct VPN available.
We make best efforts to monitor and choose our partners and secure the services provided to you. WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES REGARDING CONTENT, GOODS, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES YOU OBTAIN FROM THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS.

Correct VPN provides no warranty the service or the software. Correct VPN is not liable for damages which may occur following the exposure of the identity or the IP address of the user or the breakdown of individual servers. Moreover, Correct VPN provides no warranty for the availability of certain servers within the Correct VPN network and for the performance thereof.
EXCEPTAS OTHERISE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN, Correct VPN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND Correct VPN MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, JURISPRUDENCE OR OTHER THEORIES OF LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABLE QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Correct VPN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF Correct VPN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT IT WILL WORK PROPERLY ON ANY GIVEN DEVICE OR WITH ANY PARTICULAR CONFIGURATION OF HARDWARE AND/OR SOFTWARE, OR THAT IT WILL PROVIDE COMPLETE PROTECTION FOR THE INTEGRITY OF SELECTED DATA, INFORMATION OR CONTENT STORED OR TRANSMITTED VIA THE INTERNET.
You agree to indemnify and hold Correct VPN and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any alleged claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to or use of the Correct VPN. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Correct VPN.
In order to use Correct VPN Free no user account must be configured. However, you must install the Correct VPN Apps and/or the Correct VPN Client Software.
Correct VPN is entitled anytime to suspend or restrict the access to Correct VPN Free.
You can terminate this agreement anytime. To this end, you must delete the Correct VPN Apps and/ or the Correct VPN Client-Software.
Correct VPN can also terminate anytime this agreement.
Correct VPN reviews this use agreement from time to time and the updated version is always published on our website. Correct VPN informs you on the amendments by means of a Pop-up window, when you log-in to the service. Then, you can accept the amendments to be able to further use Correct VPN.
The applicable law is English law and the UN Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods (CISG) is excluded. In case of disputes arising from the terms of this Agreement, the Parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of London, UK.
Your data traffic is thus encoded and can not be spied out.
